77ck Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

Access to and use of the 77ck platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any gambling activity on 77ck. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies without exception. By creating an account, you expressly represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 77ck reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the account holder cannot satisfactorily confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement. Any winnings accrued on an account subsequently found to belong to an underage individual will be voided and the deposited amounts returned.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 77ck platform is operated for and directed at English-speaking players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your personal responsibility to verify that accessing online gaming services is permitted under the laws of your country or region. 77ck makes no representations regarding the legality of the platform in any specific jurisdiction outside its primary target market.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Persons who have been placed under legal guardianship or who lack the capacity to contract may not register or use the platform.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status

Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from 77ck or from any other gambling platform and whose self-exclusion period has not yet expired are not eligible to register or maintain an active account. Attempting to register during an active self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games and betting services, you must complete the 77ck registration process in full. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one single registered account on 77ck at any time. If you already hold an active account, you must not create an additional account under any circumstances — including under a different name, email address, payment method, or device. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended. Any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be voided, and any winnings derived from such accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 77ck will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify the 77ck support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, 77ck will require you to complete identity verification. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), a current passport, or a valid driving licence. 77ck may also request proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in a hold being placed on withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77ck accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to accounts held with Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard may also be accepted subject to availability. The list of supported payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and the account's current verification status. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. 77ck does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 77ck accepts no liability.

All funds deposited to your 77ck account must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources — including funds sent from accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may trigger an account review.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the account, and only after KYC verification has been successfully completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval; processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests in the queue.

77ck reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, including requests to provide further documentation or to confirm the source of funds, particularly for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawal requests that fail these checks may be delayed or declined pending further review.

4.4 Currency

All account transactions on 77ck are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Where a deposit is initiated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 77ck is not responsible for currency exchange losses resulting from conversions made by third-party payment providers.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

77ck offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated alongside the promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slots may contribute 100%, while live table games, sports betting, and certain RNG games may contribute a reduced percentage or not at all. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

77ck employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour that 77ck may classify as bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing low-risk offsetting bets to artificially meet wagering requirements; systematic exploitation of specific game mechanics to reduce wagering variance while completing bonus requirements; and any collusion with other players to share or redistribute bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is identified, 77ck reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently ban the player from future promotions.

5.4 Expiry

All bonuses and free spins have an expiry date and time. Bonus funds that are not wagered in full before the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically. Winnings generated from expired bonus funds that have not yet cleared wagering requirements may also be voided. It is the player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates, which are visible in the account promotions panel after login.

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on 77ck use certified random number generators (RNGs) sourced from reputable third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined independently of the platform and cannot be influenced by 77ck or by any player action outside of the rules of the game itself.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on 77ck cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers), football (including the Bangladesh Premier League, UEFA Champions League, Premier League, and La Liga), and other sports as listed in the sportsbook. All bets are subject to the specific rules of each market, which are displayed at the point of bet placement. 77ck reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the result of an event was already known at the time of placement, or where evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity is identified.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or platform error during a game or betting event, 77ck will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the game to a valid state. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance. 77ck is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on 77ck. These limits are displayed within each game interface or market prior to stake confirmation. 77ck reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice, including imposing individual player bet limits where unusual betting patterns are identified.

By using the 77ck platform, you agree to adhere to the following obligations and to refrain from all conduct described below as prohibited.

7.1 Player Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful personal information at registration and during any subsequent KYC verification process.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials at all times.
• Notify 77ck immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or professional gambling operation.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction when accessing and using the platform.
• Make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform and seek assistance if gambling is causing you or others harm.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action as appropriate:

• Creating more than one account per individual (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino tables, or any other multi-player environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the platform.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 77ck account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to processing voluntary account closure, 77ck will require you to confirm your identity and will process any remaining eligible balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Self-exclusion requests (temporary or permanent) are processed separately and are governed by the Responsible Gaming policy available at Responsible Gaming.

8.2 Suspension by 77ck

77ck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Prohibited Conduct has been identified on or in connection with the account.
• The account holder has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder is a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of 77ck or any of its group companies.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from law enforcement authorities necessitate account suspension.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or at the initiative of 77ck — all pending bonus funds, free spins, and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet cleared applicable wagering requirements will be voided immediately. Eligible real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through the 77ck internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. Players are encouraged to contact the 77ck support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally before escalating the matter.
